According to the developer’s intention, a „confectioning hall” of approximately 1000 m² was to be constructed. The planned building will serve as an extension to the existing confectioning hall, providing space for the placement of confectioning machines. A social block for employees was also created as part of the hall area.

Based on the client’s requirements, it was necessary to ensure the building’s independent energy and utility supply. This included the supply of cold and hot water, sewage disposal, heating, cooling, cooling of technological equipment, their energy supply, and the artificial ventilation of the hall as well as the sanitary blocks and changing rooms.
