The client planned to construct new production halls in multiple phases on the site. In the first phase, the main building, which includes production halls, a warehouse, social facilities, and an office block, as well as the hazardous materials storage and the gatehouse, was completed.

Our company undertook the execution of the complete building engineering systems:

– Development of the internal utility network (fire hydrant network, drinking water supply, pressurized and gravity sewage lines, gas lines).
– Installation of the internal drinking water pressurized and sewage drainage network.
– Design of the technological cooling system with the installation of two chillers.
– Development of air handling systems with the installation of two standard and one DX air handling units, along with the establishment of an explosion-proof exhaust network.
– Development of a compressed air network.
– Installation of a heating system with four cascade-connected condensing gas boilers.
– Establishment of central automation.
