Legal basis for data processing

The data processing of Techno Heating Kft. is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the GDPR.

Techno Heating Kft. processes your data with your consent and agreement, and you may withdraw your consent at any time regarding the use of your data.

Scope of personal data

The personal data you provide may include, but is not limited to:

  • Your address (postal code, city, street address, and additional information)
  • Your email address
  • Your date of birth
  • Your gender
  • Your phone and/or mobile number
  • Your payment information (billing and payment details)
  • The name of the product provided to you
  • The serial number of the product provided to you

Use of personal data

If you provide us with your personal data, we will use it to answer your inquiries, prepare quotes, process your orders, handle consultations, manage technical administration, enter into and fulfill contracts with you, improve and provide our services, and maintain contact with you.

Sharing of personal data

Your data is exclusively stored and processed by Techno Heating Kft.

Techno Heating Kft. does not transfer data to third countries or international organizations.

Techno Heating Kft. does not share personal data with third parties except in the following cases:

Techno Heating Kft. shares billing and payment data solely with Resultra Kontír Kft., our accounting firm, to meet legal obligations related to taxation.

Techno Heating Kft. only shares your data with partners (suppliers and subcontractors) to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of contracts and services. If Techno Heating Kft. involves a third party for the performance of contracts or services, you will be informed about the person and contact details of that third party in the contract.

Automated decision-making

Techno Heating Kft. does not use automated decision-making based on your personal data. We do not perform profiling, nor do we use your personal data to evaluate personal characteristics or make predictions or conclusions about you.

Data retention period

Techno Heating Kft. stores and processes your personal data until they are deleted.

Deletion of personal data

Your personal data will be deleted if:

  • You withdraw your consent to their storage, or
  • The data is no longer needed for the purpose of storage, or
  • Their storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.

Your data will be deleted if there is no need for further evidence, accounting, and/or bookkeeping processes, or if the data is explicitly limited for these purposes.

Data processing and use when using the website (Optional section)

Our server automatically collects and stores log file information provided by your browser.

These include:

  • The operating system you use
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Your device’s IP address
  • The exact time of your visit to our server

These data cannot be linked to specific individuals by Techno Heating Kft. These data are not merged with other data sources. Techno Heating Kft. uses these data for statistical measurements to identify the number of website visitors, the order of visits, and access points. Techno Heating Kft. uses these data to improve the website.

Right to legal remedy related to data processing

If you believe that we have violated applicable data protection requirements when handling your personal data, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or take legal action to protect your data. The court will handle your case as a priority.
